The Frant Company was established in Sofia in 1991. Its main activity is the production of men's shirts and ties. Apart from wholesale customers the production is marketed also through the company’s own network of shops. The Frant company has eight retail stores: four in Sofia, two in Varna, one in Stara Zagora and one in Bourgas. Each of them offers a wide variety of quality menswear - both daytime business wear and weekend clothing: suits and trousers made of cold wool, cotton shirts, cotton and woolen sweaters, custom-designed by Frant, cashmere overcoats and various accessories: ties, belts, scarves and many others.
The clothes under the Frant brand have been made popular also by the TV screen. The company dresses Prof. Bozidar Dimitrov and the culinary show host  Uti Bachvarov on Channel 1; on Nova TV the newsmen Nikolay Filipov and Constantine Doinov and the sports journalist Krum Savov endorse the brand; on BTV the host of "Who is the most", Encho and Garo from the show "Bitter" are dressed in Frant.
Besides their own brand the company executes orders for the manufacture of shirts and ties under other brands, e.g. MONTELI, GEROLD, HETCH. During the 2007-2008 autumn/ winter season the company manufactured the Pierre Cardin ties collection for Bulgaria.
